Purchasing from Cottontech is unlike most online shops. There are no impersonal shopping baskets and faceless transactions. Simply let us know what you require via email or our Contact Us page and we will be in touch as soon as possible.

The steps required are:

Step 1 – Let us know what you wish to order (phone or email) supplying either a purchase order or simply an email (if authorised)

Step 2 – We email you a detailed Tax Invoice (Bill) with preferred payment terms of 7 days (more for corporations, mines etc).

Step 3 – Goods are shipped* from the supplier (wholesaler) to your nominated day-time delivery address, or backordered pending availability.

* Shipped in Australia via Australian Air Express or Local Courier (Road). Over-seas clients can nominate their preffered carrier

The steps required are:

Step 1 – Let us know what you wish to order (phone or email) . Contact can be via messaging or email

Step 2 – We email you a detailed Tax Invoice (Bill) for payment of goods via EFT (Online banking), Cash or Credit-Card

Step 3 – Once goods have been paid for delivery is arranged. A day-time delivery address is required. We only use couriers and goods must be signed for (no PO-Box deliveries)

Step 4 –Goods are shipped from the supplier (wholesaler) to your nominated day-time delivery address, or backordered pending availability

We are happy to supply to overseas clients. Please note however
1 - GST is not charged (You buy at Ex-GST price)
2 - Goods can ONLY be paid for via International Funds Transfer (NO CREDIT-CARDS)
3 - Good must ship via a courier (Fed-Ex, TNT etc)
4 - A Commercial Invoice will ship with the goods, Your customs department may impose local taxes when carried imports goods.
