The steps required are: Step 1 – Let us know what you wish to order (phone or email) supplying either a purchase order or simply an email (if authorised) Step 2 – We email you a detailed Tax Invoice (Bill) with preferred payment terms of 14 days (more for corporations, mines etc). Step 3 – Goods are shipped* from the supplier (wholesaler) to your nominated day-time delivery address, or backordered pending availability. * Shipped in Australia via Australian Air Express or Local Courier (Road). Over-seas clients can nominate their preffered carrier. Freight is typically $15 to $25. |

We only use couriers and goods must be signed for (no PO-Box deliveries) Step 4 –Goods are shipped from the supplier (wholesaler) to your nominated day-time delivery address, or backordered pending availability |
